I am experiencing
video playback issues - the videos stop and start, or do not load at all - how do I stop this from
happening?

I have forgotten
my Username and/or Password
Your username
is simply your e-mail address. If you have forgotten your password, you can quickly reset it by
clicking here: click to reset your

How long does the
course last?
The course
lasts approximately thirty hours, start-to-finish.
Note:
The course may take longer than this to complete, depending on the time taken to review interactive
modules and to carry out the tasks suggested in the module homework
sections.
Do I need to
download the course, or will it play back online?
This powerful
learning system delivers the training directly from your web browser, which is great becuase it
means you can access your training materials wherever you are, so long as you have an Internet
connection.
What happens if I
lose my place in the training course?
Don't worry!
The powerful learning system used to deliver this training to you will automatically keep your
place for you, and record exactly where you got to in your last session. It'll even suggest that
you start where you left off, when you load the module you're currently working
through.
The training course
will not load - I cannot view the course
The most
likely reason for not being able ot view any part of this training course is that you don't have
the latest version of Abobe's free Flash player - this is required in order to be able to view the
training. You can get your free copy of the Abobe Flash Player from this link: http://www.adobe.com/go/EN_US-H-GET-FLASH
Most of the course
plays back fine, but the Videos won't load
Rich
multimedia content can sometimes take a little while to start if you have a slower internt
connection. Try reconnecting to the Internet, and re-loading the course materials to see if this
has improved the playback for you.

can carry out, which may well solve your playback problems.

Where are the
resources located?
When
installed, your Resources Pack will be located in your "My Documents" folder on your hard-drive.
The folder name will be "XSitePro Training Resources".
I can't seem to
find the Resource Pack installation file
If you are
having difficulty locating the Resource Pack installer, click
here to download it manually, then run the installation once it's finished
downloading.
I can't hear any
audio
The audio for
this training course plays back over your regular PC sound system. If you are experiencing any
audio playback issues, please first check that other application audio can be heard before
contacting our support team for assistance.
Do you have a
trial?
There is
currently no trial version of the XSitePro training course - a great deal of thought, care and
attantion has gone into making this course a detailed, interesting, engaging course, and one that
will give you everything you need to know to create a successful Web site.
